Cognitive test scores of the five consecutive MMSE (A) and CASI (B) measurements. The progression trajectories of the MCI-C group were similar to the AD group. In contrast, the declining trend of the MCI-NC group was not as conspicuous as the AD or MCI-C group. The difference between the MCI-C and MCI-NC groups became significant from the third MMSE and CASI measurements. The average interval between each measurement was 1 year. ** indicates p < 0.05 comparing the MCI-C and MCI-NC groups.
